Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of IVANTI CSM concurrent user licenses. The contract period is from 09/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. The vendor must provide electronic delivery of the software and ensure that it meets the operating requirements of the using department. The vendor must also provide a certificate of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The vendor must be an authorized distributor or reseller of the software.
• The vendor must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are authorized to offer the software.
• The vendor must comply with the County's Lobbyist Ordinance and the Federal Bankruptcy Code.
• The vendor must provide a warranty for the software and ensure that it is free from defects.
• The vendor must provide professional liability insurance and technology errors and omissions insurance.
