Budget estimate

$75,000 – $150,000

Based on comparable municipal lighting assessment contracts, a midsize engineering consultancy would likely charge between $75 000 and $150 000 for a multi‑phase study, GIS mapping, public workshops, and final reporting. The range reflects variability in firm size, hourly rates, and the depth of GIS data integration.
