Description
The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) seeks a qualified training provider to deliver a series of five capacity‑building workshops aimed at DBE program participants. The workshops cover procurement readiness, contract performance, growth strategies, marketing to public agencies, and relationship building with public‑sector buyers. Delivery must be both in‑person (up to 50 participants per session) and virtual, with all virtual sessions recorded and transferred to RTA as its property. The vendor must supply RTA‑branded PowerPoint presentations, PDF handouts, any supplemental collateral, and certificates of completion, and must demonstrate prior experience in similar government‑oriented training through résumés and work samples.
