Description
The County of Fresno is seeking quotations for the operation and maintenance of the landfill gas collection and flare system at the Southeast Regional Disposal Site. The site is located approximately one mile southwest of the City of Parlier, and the system includes a candlestick flare blower system, 87 landfill gas extraction wells, and high-density polyethylene conveyance piping. The successful bidder will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the system, including monitoring and reporting. The contract is expected to be a long-term agreement, possibly lasting several years. Key responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and maintaining the landfill gas collection and flare system
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs
• Monitoring and reporting on system performance
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with county staff and other stakeholders as needed
The bidder must submit a completed quotation package, including a signed RFQ, addenda, trade secret form, reference list, quotation schedule, and other required documents.
