Description
This solicitation seeks two qualified contractors (primary and secondary) to perform restoration of landscape, concrete, asphalt, drainage, and related utilities that are damaged by the County’s water‑resource utility repairs. Work will be performed on a unit‑price basis under a five‑year multi‑year contract, with annual renewal options through 2030. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, and documentation required for each work order, and must be able to mobilize within 24 hours for emergency orders and within 21 days for normal orders.
