Overhead Doors, Warehouse & Loading Dock Equipment and Services

This opportunity is for a contract to provide overhead door, warehouse, and loading dock equipment and services to 1GPA Cooperative Members. The initial term of the contract will be for one year with the potential of four one-year extensions. The contract will be awarded to a highly qualified contractor that can provide quality products and services in a timely and professional manner. The scope of work includes the provision of overhead door systems, warehouse and loading dock equipment, installation, repair, and maintenance services, training, and ongoing support. The contractor will be expected to have experience, expertise, and qualifications in providing similar products and services, and to have a strong marketing plan to promote the benefits of the contract to 1GPA Members. • The contract is for a national cooperative purchasing program. • The contract will be awarded based on factors such as cost, overall program offered, experience, expertise, and qualifications, value-added services, and responsiveness. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed method of approach, location information, hours and response times, ordering and fulfillment process, shipping and delivery methods, returns and restocking policy, and warranty program. • The contractor will also be required to provide information on their industry partnerships, environmental practices, subcontracting, quality control and assurance process, member training, and customer service and technical support.
