CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR SOUTH BROADWAY PUBLIC REALM ACTION PLAN

The Englewood Downtown Development Authority (EDDA) is seeking a qualified team to provide comprehensive construction management services for the South Broadway Public Realm Project. The project aims to enhance the pedestrian environment, streetscape, and public spaces along the South Broadway corridor in the Englewood Downtown District. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of the EDDA, ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards. The scope of work includes preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases, with a focus on minimizing disruption to businesses and the public. Key services include constructability review, cost estimating, scheduling, quality assurance, and business liaison services. • The project is expected to start in 2027 and last for approximately 12 months. • The EDDA is seeking a consultant with experience in construction management services for public realm, streetscape, or urban main street projects. • The consultant will be required to provide a detailed project schedule, budget, and scope of work. • The EDDA will evaluate proposals based on factors such as project understanding, management approach, team experience, and price proposal. • The selected consultant will be required to provide regular progress reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation throughout the project.
