The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, intends to negotiate a full and open competition fixed price type contract for industrial specialty gas delivery and bottle rentals. The period of performance is from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2030, with a delivery location at Great Lakes, IL 60088. The contract will utilize the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. * Key aspects of the job and scope of work include: * Industrial specialty gas delivery (compressed oxygen, acetylene, nitrogen, argon) * Bottle rentals * Delivery is FOB Destination and must be completed within 30 days after contract award * The supplier is responsible for all inspection requirements and quality control * The Government will conduct an acceptance inspection at the point of delivery * The solicitation and subsequent amendments will only be available for download at the NECO website. Potential contractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
