Description
The Collingswood Board of Education is seeking a qualified Construction Management firm to oversee the complete reconstruction of the high‑school stadium complex, including demolition, site‑work, utilities, track, fields, and related infrastructure. The CM will act as the BOE’s agent throughout a pre‑construction, construction, and post‑occupancy phase, providing time‑and‑material services for pre‑construction and a lump‑sum, not‑to‑exceed fee for construction management. The firm must staff a part‑time Project Executive and a full‑time on‑site Project Manager, maintain a local NJ office, and possess DPMC pre‑qualification (Classification P029, Unlimited). Responsibilities include daily site supervision, schedule and cost control, change‑order management, permitting coordination, safety oversight, quality control, and final close‑out documentation. The project is expected to last at least 18 months, with a competitive bid process that includes a pre‑bid meeting on September 1 2026.
