2027 Workforce Forum Conference (Repost)

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking responses for Conference Services, including meeting space, food and beverage, and sleeping rooms for the 2027 Workforce Forum Conference. The conference will be held for one half-day and one full day in the Austin, TX area. The successful respondent must provide a general session room, breakout rooms, registration and exhibitor area, sleeping rooms, concessions, and audio-visual services. • The conference will be held on May 16-18, 2027, or alternate dates May 9-11, 2027. • The general session room must have a meeting room capacity for up to 600 people in crescent rounds of eight seats per table. • Five breakout rooms are required with a meeting room capacity for up to 120 people in each theater. • Sleeping rooms must be available on the premises, preferably close to the conference meeting rooms, at the prevailing Government per diem rate or lower. • Complimentary catering concessions with menu options are required for the conference. • The successful respondent must provide a cost proposal, references, and past project performance information.
