Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure two Biodex Ultrasound Tables or equivalent for the Radiology Service at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR. The tables must meet specific technical specifications, including dimensions, motions, controls, and certifications. The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation, and removal of packaging materials. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the lowest priced offer that is technically acceptable.
• The tables must be new OEM or equivalent, not refurbished.
• The tables must comply with IEC 60601 electrical safety standards.
• The vendor must provide warranty coverage for a minimum of 24 months parts and labor.
• The contractor must provide operator manuals and warranty documentation.

• The pricing model is firm-fixed-price, and payment terms are net 30 upon acceptance.
