Description
The General Services Administration is seeking lease proposals for a warehouse‑type space in Reno, Nevada. The lease covers 1,800–2,500 ABOA square feet, with a 12‑year term (10‑year firm period plus a 5‑year option). The Government requires 24/7 access, FSL Security Level 2, specific structural and functional features, and compliance with fire‑safety, seismic, flood‑plain, and sustainability standards. The successful lessee will provide a fully serviced lease with no additional payment for utilities or access.
