Notice of Intent to Sole Source Meta Systems Maintenance

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Meta Systems Group, Inc. for annual service maintenance for its Meta Systems equipment. The requirement is for maintenance and software installations, and Meta Systems is the original equipment manufacturer and the only vendor authorized to perform service on and maintain its systems. • The contract will be for annual service maintenance agreements. • The intended recipient is Meta System Group, Inc. • The requirement will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). • Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
