Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Internet Service at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The required services include providing internet connection with a minimum download speed of 40M and upload speed of 2M, maintenance and repairs, and broadband equipment streaming service for TV watching for a total of 26 connections. The contractor must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and provide a minimum of three verifiable references for current or previous contracts of the same size and for similar services.
• The contract term is expected to be 12 months with renewal options.
• The contractor must perform services Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central Time) and respond to service calls within four hours of HHS Agency request.
• The contractor must provide pricing information, including unit rates and pricing structure, and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of conduct.
• The contractor must also provide documentation of experience and qualifications, including licenses and certifications, and must ensure that all personnel assigned to perform services are fully trained and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
