FY25 WATERLINE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2

The City of Edmond is seeking bids for the construction of FY25 Waterline Improvements Phase 2. The project involves furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the waterline improvements. The work shall be done in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the City Engineer's Office. The project includes the installation of water mains, valves, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances. The contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the project, including site preparation, boring, reaming, and pipe installation. • The project requires the contractor to have experience with directional boring and pipe installation. • The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. • The contractor shall be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and maintenance bond. • The project has a completion deadline of 130 calendar days from the issuance of the work order. • The contractor shall be paid based on the unit prices bid for the actual construction quantities.
