North Texas VAHCS Centrifuge Replacement

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a cytological centrifuge for the Central Texas VAHCS Temple Hematology Department. The centrifuge must have a completely enclosed rotor chamber, operate at 110v with programmable cycle times, and have a locking lid for safety. The instrument must also include a cytological rotor with slide brackets and fit within a 2ft3 area. The contract is for a one-time purchase, and the delivery of the instrument is required within 120 days of award. The vendor must provide a completed price/cost schedule and accept or concur with the technical requirements. • The centrifuge must be a new instrument, not a refurbished one. • The vendor must provide a minimum of three professional references. • The vendor must ensure all products are exact items indicated in the quote and in the exact quantity required. • The vendor must provide item location, quantity, manufacturer, lot number, serial number, expiration date, and material safety data sheets (MSDS) if required.
