25VS0006 - Water Management Plan, Testing, and Remediation Services

The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Water and Ice Machine Testing and Treatment Services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. The services include water management plan, testing, and remediation. The contract term is from February 02, 2026, or upon approval, to June 30, 2028. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the State of California. • The contractor must provide a commercially useful function as defined in Government Code Sections 14837(d)(4)(A)(B). • The contractor must comply with the Darfur Contracting Act and California Civil Rights Laws. • The contractor must provide a certification of compliance with California Civil Rights Laws and Employer Discriminatory Policies.
