Temporary Janitorial

The City of Tacoma is seeking a custodial/janitorial company to provide temporary janitorial services on an as-needed basis for the Tacoma Dome and the Greater Tacoma Convention Center. The selected vendor will be required to provide pre-event, event-support, and post-event cleaning services. The contract will be for a three-year period with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. • The vendor must have at least five years of experience providing custodial/janitorial services, including large venues with capacities of at least 10,000 guests. • The vendor must demonstrate experience providing pre-event, event-support, and post-event cleaning services in large public assembly facilities. • The vendor must comply with the City's insurance requirements and provide proof of insurance. • The vendor must pay prevailing wages to its employees, as required by Washington State law.
