Metering Systems and Related Products, Technology, and Services

The Central Texas Council of Governments is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide Metering Systems and Related Products, Technology, and Services. The scope of work includes providing complete metering systems, related equipment, technology, and services suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Vendors will be evaluated based on factors such as purchase price, reputation, quality of services, and experience. The contract will be for a term of 5 years, with optional extensions for up to 3 additional years. • The scope of work includes water meters, electric meters, gas meters, sub-metering, SCADA systems, communication devices, and supporting software and services. • Vendors must provide a detailed pricing model that accommodates the diverse purchasing needs of 791 Purchasing Cooperative members. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to 791 Purchasing Cooperative and its participants. • Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal procurement regulations. • The contract will include a standard "funding out" clause, which allows the entity to terminate the contract at the expiration of each budget period. • Vendors must maintain all necessary licenses, bonds, and permits required for the operation of their business.
