Airport Civil Consultant Services

The Palm Beach County Department of Airports is seeking proposals for Airport Civil Consultant Services. The selected consultant(s) will provide professional civil engineering services on an as-needed basis. The services will include horizontal infrastructure design, investigative services, construction administration, construction management, and cost estimation. The contract will be for a term of two years with an option for three one-year renewals. The consultant(s) will be expected to comply with federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and policies. • The consultant(s) will provide services for four airports: Palm Beach International, Palm Beach County Park, North Palm Beach County General Aviation, and Palm Beach County Glades. • The consultant(s) will be required to satisfy the County's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) requirements. • The contract will be funded in whole or in part with federal, state, and/or local funds. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on July 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
