The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase a product that provides both on-demand and live wellness and well-being activities and educational opportunities for both Veterans and staff. The contractor's on-demand materials and virtual classes can offer well-being opportunities for living a healthier life and may empower Veterans and employees to engage in a lifestyle activity that safely inspires results toward personal health goals. The services will support well-being for the body and the mind by offering a wider variety of exercise, meditation, yoga, and stress management activities and self-management resources.
• The contractor will provide on-demand access to well-being activities and educational materials.
• The contractor may provide personalized content by recommending content through a search engine to guide members based on their wellbeing goals and interest, and social community features allowed them to invite others to scheduled classes.
• The contractor will provide implementation, eligibility file setup, and ongoing support, and must be compliant with HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and WCAG 2.1.
• The contractor will provide access to monthly updates on individuals with active accounts and usage data, to allow WTVAHCS leadership to make informed decisions related to usage and additional supports through the healthcare system.
