Description
The City of Danville is seeking a consultant to conduct a compensation study. The study will include approximately 450 job titles and 1200 employees. The consultant will be expected to review current individual or group compensation inequities, provide market survey data, and make recommendations for updates to the City's compensation plan. The City would like the project finalized with recommendations by March. The consultant will be required to meet with department directors and City leadership, and presentations to City Council will be required at the end of the project.
