Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking a mobile desktop driving simulator with a 34” curved HD monitor equipped with impaired/distracted driving software. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the simulator to the specified address within 30 days of receiving a fully executed purchase order. The simulator must be brand new, and the bidder must be the fabricator/manufacturer or an authorized dealer. The bid must include the price of the simulator, shipping charges, and a one-year warranty.
• The simulator must meet the specified requirements, with no substitutions permitted.
• The bidder must certify compliance with Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws.
• Delivery must be scheduled at least three days in advance to ensure PennDOT representatives are available for the final delivery inspection.
• The bid must include any applicable shipping charges.
• The simulator must be delivered to the address below no later than 30 days after the successful bidder receives a fully executed PO.
