Description
The Utah Army National Guard is seeking sources for a 3-day/2-night outdoor family leadership and wellness event for 20-25 military families. The event will be held in an isolated, high-country outdoor adventure location in Utah and will provide evidence-based resiliency training. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to execute the event. The event will include educational programming, basecamp infrastructure, and event administration. The contractor must have experience in providing outdoor family leadership and wellness resiliency training services and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing credentialed Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver objective, evidence-based instruction
• Utilizing an immersive outdoor camping environment to deliver resiliency training
• Providing high-nutrition, balanced meals and hydration stations
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for participants
• Providing a comprehensive plan for the event, including risk management protocols and a formal After-Action Report (AAR)
