Janitorial Services

The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for Janitorial Services at the USIBWC Falcon Dam Power Plant. The services will include cleaning and maintenance of the facility. The contract will have a base period with four optional periods. The government will award the contract to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The key responsibilities of the contractor will include: * Cleaning and maintenance of the facility * Providing all necessary equipment and supplies * Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner The contractor will be required to provide a quote that includes all costs associated with the services, including labor, equipment, and materials. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
