Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to pump out approximately 3,200 gallons of E85 gasoline from an underground storage tank at the Southern Oregon Rehab Center & Clinics in White City, Oregon, and handle all associated disposal, recycling, and documentation. The work includes safety lockout/tag‑out, atmospheric monitoring, compliance with Oregon DEQ and EPA regulations, transport of the fuel to an approved recycling/disposal facility, and final verification of complete removal.
• Perform safe pump‑out and removal of all fuel and solid residues from the UST.
• Provide all required environmental permits, licenses (Oregon DEQ UST Service Provider License and licensed UST Supervisor), and documentation (manifest, disposal paperwork).
• Complete the job within the performance window of 16 Nov 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 and submit a signed SF‑1449 offer by 04 Nov 2026.
