Description
The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking a Technology Consultant to assist in system engineering and advise the Agency in the functionality and operation of a Commercial Vehicle Registration system. The Consultant will provide expertise and guidance on the functionality and operation of a CVR system, develop the Statement of Work, and advise in the development of selection and evaluation criteria. The project will support key outcomes, including drafting functional and technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and a strategy for data integration and migration.
• Provide expertise and guidance on the functionality and operation of a CVR system
• Develop the Statement of Work for the development of and implementation of CVR
• Complete a strategy for data integration and migration of existing CVR systems
• Providing ongoing support during the solicitation process of new CVR system
