RFP - Emergency Remediation Services

St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide Emergency Remediation Services on an as-needed basis in the event of a local, state, or federal disaster declaration. The Proposer will be responsible for providing remediation and restoration services for buildings and/or contents affected by water, wind, mold contamination, or other natural or manmade disasters. The scope of services includes mobilizing resources, assessing damage, developing a scope of work, and providing written progress status reports. The Proposer must be a qualified, experienced, and licensed/certified disaster restoration company. • The Proposer must demonstrate skills and experience in providing disaster restoration services for select buildings. • The Proposer will be responsible for all other work necessary to complete remediation services in accordance with the terms of this RFP and any resulting contract. • The Proposer must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, Ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The Proposer must provide a written response to the requests in the order stated below. • The Proposer must address the following requests with sufficient detail to clearly define how their firm can fulfill the Parish’s needed services.
