Seaholm High School Glycol and Fitting Replacement

The Birmingham Public Schools is seeking bids for the Seaholm High School glycol and fitting replacement project. The project involves replacing glycol and fittings at Seaholm High School. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on May 13, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Birmingham Public Schools and pay all taxes required by law. • The bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check made payable to "Birmingham Public Schools" in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid/Quote/Proposal amount. • Bidders must provide familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267 and submit this with their Bid. • Each Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement certifying that the Bidder is not an "Iran Linked Business" within the meaning of the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
