PAG H21 Kitchen Equipment

The US Air Force intends to make a sole source contract for the PAG Kitchen Equipment with The Electric Motor Repair Co. The contract will be for the purchase of kitchen equipment, including a 36" charbroiler, a 36" six open burner range, and a 48" griddle top range, all manufactured by Jade Range. The equipment will be installed at the Air Force One Hanger at Andrews Air Force Base. • The 36" charbroiler will have a 90,000 BTU capacity and will be made of heavy duty cast iron. • The 36" six open burner range will have a 210,000 BTU capacity and will be made of stainless steel. • The 48" griddle top range will have a 120,000 BTU capacity and will be made of polished steel. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the resulting contract will be supported by a written justification and approval.
