Description
The National Weather Service (NWS) is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal services for the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Mount Holly, NJ. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, with a total period of performance from the date of award to 10/31/2030. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform snow removal services, including plowing and de-icing of paved areas, sidewalks, and parking lots. The contractor will also be required to provide a written Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure that the requirements of the contract are met.
• The contract is a total Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code of 561730 and a small business size standard of $9.5M.
• The period of performance will be from the date of award to 10/31/2030, with a base year and four option years.
• The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform snow removal services.
• The contractor will be required to provide a written Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure that the requirements of the contract are met.
• The contract will be awarded based on a low-priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
