Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA, NYHHS Manhattan, intends to award a sole source contract for the procurement of remaining construction services for 630-26-203 Mental Health Compliance 17N. The proposed contract action will be a firm fixed priced contract with a period of performance of 90 calendar days. The contractor shall urgently perform all work necessary to correct MEHOC-identified life safety, ligature, and security deficiencies within Mental Health Inpatient Unit 17N. The goal is to achieve full regulatory compliance, patient safety, and operational readiness no later than May 1, 2026.
