On-Call Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative Services for Pure Water Conveyance Pipelines: Request for Proposals

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking a construction manager and owner's representative to provide on-call services for the construction of pure water conveyance pipelines. The selected firm will be required to have experience in construction management and inspection of pipeline projects, as well as professional liability insurance. • The project involves the construction of several pipelines, including a 20-inch pipeline, a 20-24 inch pipeline, a 12-inch pipeline, and a 6-inch pipeline. • The pipelines will require coordination with multiple stakeholders, including Caltrans and multiple cities. • The construction manager will be responsible for overseeing the design-builder's performance, monitoring progress, and coordinating with the JPA. • The contract will be for four years, with a maximum value of $1,000,000. • The selected firm will be required to have experience in construction management and inspection of pipeline projects, as well as professional liability insurance.
