Affordable Housing Homeownership Lottery Agent Services

The Town of Nantucket is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Affordable Housing Homeownership Lottery Agent Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting fair housing marketing, reviewing applications, verifying income eligibility, conducting a lottery, and providing reports to the Town and the Affordable Housing Trust. The services are expected to be completed on or before June 30, 2027. The vendor will be paid on a monthly basis per approved invoice. The Town is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages bids from qualified MBE/DBE/WBE firms. • The successful vendor will perform services as necessary, including application and review process, income qualification, lottery, deed restriction, and reporting and documentation. • The vendor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services in other Massachusetts municipalities. • The vendor must provide a minimum of three customer references. • The vendor must have the required insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, automobile liability, and errors and omissions insurance.
