Description
The State of Minnesota, Department of Administration, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide office supplies to State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. The contract term is anticipated to be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months. The contractor must be capable of providing a comprehensive line of office supplies at contracted pricing through an online ordering system, along with delivery services to locations throughout the State of Minnesota. The contractor must also maintain sufficient staffing and resources to support customer service, order processing, order fulfillment, and overall contract administration.
