USCGC SPAR FUEL TANK CLEANING AND INSPECT

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to clean and inspect the fuel tanks of the USCGC SPAR. The contractor will be required to remove up to 250 gallons of diesel fuel, clean the tank interior surfaces, and inspect the tank for any damage or defects. The contractor will also be required to provide a trip report documenting all findings and deliverables. The work will be performed at the USCGC SPAR, located at 1201 Minnesota Ave, Duluth, MN 55802. The contractor will be required to work between the hours of 0730 and 1600 EST, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays.
