Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works – Special Districts is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call routine and emergency maintenance and repairs to water and wastewater pipelines located throughout San Bernardino County. The selected contractors will be eligible to provide services pursuant to a County-approved on-call contract for a maximum of 5 years. The contract period will begin in September 2026 and end on June 30, 2031. The County estimates a budget of $2,000,000 per contract term for each contract awarded under this RFQ.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing on-call routine and emergency maintenance and repairs to water and wastewater pipelines
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, and regulations
• Submitting a proposal that includes all required information and attachments
• Registering with the County's Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) prior to submitting a proposal
• Attending a non-mandatory proposal conference on July 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
