Description
The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is seeking a contractor for the 2026 Pipeline Continuing Construction Contract. The contract involves furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, and manufactured articles required to furnish and install raw water mains, potable water mains, wastewater force mains, reclaimed water mains, and related appurtenances. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project, including construction, testing, and startup of the facilities. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the possibility of extension. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and labor.
