Commercial Standard Envelopes

The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) is seeking sealed responses for commercial standard envelopes. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will be required to provide envelopes that meet all USPS machinability standards and have a minimum of 30% recycled content. The contractor will also be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the state. • The price evaluation will be based on the lowest price per comparable unit of product. • The contractor will be required to provide a mandatory price sheet with their response. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance and indemnification.
