Public Works Unit As-Needed Electrical Services

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a licensed electrical contracting services firm to provide electrical services on an as-needed basis to the City's Public Works Unit. The scope of services includes inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of general electrical fixtures, components, wiring, and miscellaneous equipment. The term of the contract will be through June 30, 2027. The City intends to award one contract for electrical support services. • The contract will be for a term of approximately 2 years. • The estimated budget for services is $75,000 per fiscal year. • The City reserves the right to use other contractors for this work if necessary. • The contract amount is subject to the availability of funds and approval of annual budgets. • The City encourages potential vendors to bring forward environmentally preferable products and services.
