The Illinois State Board of Education is seeking to award a sole source contract to The Illinois Resource Center for Training and Professional Development for Educators of English Learners and Technical Assistance for English Learners' Excellence. The contract is for a period of 24 months, with an estimated value of $4,199,888. The Illinois Resource Center will provide professional development and technical assistance to support transitional bilingual education programs in the state of Illinois.
