Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Dock WD25TB4 or equivalent products. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The scope of work includes providing product specifications, pricing, and delivery information. The evaluation criteria will be based on the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, authorization by the manufacturer, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract.
• The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor if requested.
• The contractor must deliver the equipment to the specified address and provide proof of delivery.
• The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and evaluation factors.
