Description
University of Washington seeks a qualified vendor to replace and integrate the existing video‑display infrastructure in the Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion with a modern, high‑performance LED video‑wall system. The contract will cover design, supply, installation, system integration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and warranty support for a large‑scale arena‑type display solution.
• Design a custom LED video‑wall suitable for a sports arena environment, meeting UW’s performance and durability requirements.
• Supply all hardware, software, and ancillary components needed for the full system.
• Install and physically integrate the new display within the existing arena structure, including electrical, structural, and control system connections.
• Integrate the LED system with existing broadcast, control, and networking infrastructure, followed by testing, commissioning, and staff training.
• Provide comprehensive documentation, warranty, and post‑installation support.
