The Effingham County School District is seeking vendors to provide administrative area and media center furnishings for the new Creekside Elementary School. The project includes a total of 75 classrooms, 7 teacher resource/professional learning rooms, a gymnasium, cafeteria, teacher dining area, stage, media center, and several administrative office areas. The project requires a turnkey solution, including delivery, installation, trash removal, and post-installation service. The district is looking for a comprehensive listing of items needed, including specifications and brand items. The evaluation process will be handled by a committee, and the proposal should include similar projects, services to be performed, personnel, design and specification process, warranty information, and procedures for damaged or missing items.
