Description
The Department of State Hospitals is seeking a contractor to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM), Basic Inspection of Terminals (BIT) inspections, and various repair services for state-owned vehicles. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary personnel, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and insurance to perform the required services. The contract term is anticipated to be from February 6, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
Some key points to note:
* The contractor must be a DGS-certified Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) Approved Vendor.
* The contractor must have a facility within 30 minutes of normal travel time from DSH.
* The contractor must provide proof of legal right to do business in the State of California.
* The contractor must submit a list of three references from customers for whom they have provided similar services.
* The contractor must agree to sign and return the Standard Agreement signature pages within seven calendar days of receipt.
