Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a contractor to provide protective clothing and operational supply rental services for its Sonora Area Office. The contract covers provision, cleaning, delivery, and management of uniforms, shop towels, and slip‑resistant mats on a weekly basis, with inventory and repair responsibilities. The agreement will run from January 1 2027 through January 31 2030, with a 120‑day bid validity period and potential small‑business/DVBE incentives.
• Provide new or like‑new uniforms (jackets, shirts, work pants) and related accessories for approx. 156 employees.
• Deliver, collect, launder, repair, and inventory operational supplies (towels, mats) on a weekly schedule.
• Manage all logistical aspects, including containers, manifests, and quarterly physical inventories, at the Sonora Area Office in Jamestown, CA.
