Description
The Shelby County Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, and provide one‑year onsite warranty support for a range of printers—including large‑format monochrome and color laser units, medium and small laser devices, and a 3‑D printer—throughout the district. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price on a line‑item basis, non‑exclusive, with a base term of one year and up to two optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must be active in APECS, registered in IONWAVE ESM, possess required insurance coverages, and ensure all personnel receive background checks and badge clearance to work on school campuses. Pricing must be submitted per device with “NO BID” allowed for any line items not offered.
• Provide six categories of printers (large laser monochrome, large laser color, medium laser color all‑in‑one, small laser medium color, small laser monochrome, and a 3‑D printer) meeting minimum ppm and RJ45 connectivity.
• Include delivery, asset‑tagging, installation, and a one‑year manufacturer warranty with onsite repair.
• Submit hard‑copy and electronic bids by the extended deadline (Jan 15 2025 11:00 AM CST) with all mandatory certifications, insurance certificates, and acknowledgment of addenda.
