High Resolution Workhorse Transmission Electron Microscope

The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is soliciting quotes for a 200kV cold emission gun workhorse high resolution/scanning transmission electron microscope. The microscope should meet the requirements outlined in the draft Contract (Enclosure A). The offeror shall provide all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached draft Contract. The offeror shall also provide a technical narrative, reliability metrics, and a narrative of three projects of comparable complexity they have designed and built within the last ten years. The offeror shall include current references for the projects and describe their quality assurance program and compliance with commercial/industrial standards for quality controls and configuration management. Key points to consider: • The offeror shall provide a complete quotation, including Volume 1 (non-price factors) and Volume 2 (price and contractual factors) • The offeror shall provide pricing and milestone information in strict accordance with the RFQ • The offeror shall note its acceptance of the draft Contract and any exceptions • The offeror shall provide a Small Business Subcontracting Plan, if applicable • The offeror shall register in the System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI #)
