Southeast Region-Heavy Equipment Repair Services

The State of Alabama is seeking to establish a master agreement for heavy equipment repair services in the Southeast Region. The successful supplier will be required to provide parts, supplies, and service for Deere and Volvo equipment. The agreement will cover the geographical region and counties of Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, and Pike. • The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. • The supplier must submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys. • The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation. • The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract and must acknowledge that the contracting state agency may declare the contract void if this certification is false.
