Description
The Town of Yarmouth is seeking a qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to provide project-specific owner's project management services during the final design and construction phases of the Yarmouth Public Library Project. The estimated project cost is approximately $32,000,000. The selected OPM will be responsible for oversight, coordination, schedule and budget monitoring, and project closeout support.
• The project is contingent upon Town funding approval and construction grant funding from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC).
• RFQ documents are available on the Town of Yarmouth website.
• Sealed responses will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator until February 27, 2026.
